Control-M Navigation

The following table describes the navigational tabs on the Control-M interface ribbon.

Domain	Description
Planning	Enables you to create a working environment by creating a workspace and defining your folder and job definitions.
Monitoring	Enables you to view jobs, monitor the processing of jobs, and control the job flow in your active environment. For more information, see Monitoring Navigation.
Managed File Transfer	Enables you to search for File Transfers, as described in Searching for a File Transfer. For more information, see Managed File Transfer Navigation.
Tools	Shows a drop-down list of all the Control-M Tools: Calendars Events Lock Resources Resource Pools Folder Management Shared Variables Site Standards Workload Policies Definitions User Views Reports Global Events Prefixes
Configuration	Enables you to manage and monitor Control-M/Servers, Agents A Control-M component that is installed on a host and runs, executes, and monitors jobs., plug-ins, centralized connection profiles, users, Roles An authorization entity that grants permissions to associated users to access different functionality., API tokens A user authentication token used when running Automation API commands., and system settings.
