Analyzing Job Usage Dashboard
This procedure describes how to analyze your job usage, which measures the number of job executions across all your tenants on a daily, monthly, or daily average per month basis.

You must have Advanced admin authorizations to access the Usage Dashboard.

The Usage Dashboard only includes executions that are relevant for pricing purposes. Dummy jobs and SMART folder executions are not included.

Alternatively, you can use Control-M Automation API to obtain job usage data. See Usage Report Service.

The data that appears in the Usage Dashboard excludes the previous 24 hours.

In a Unified View, the Usage Dashboard does not display executions on self-hosted servers. For this data, you must run the API command, as described in Usage Report Service.
Begin

From the Configuration domain, click
and select Usage Dashboard.The Usage Dashboard pane appears.

From the Year drop-down list, select a specific year.

From the Tenants drop-down list, Select All to view all the tenants, or select a specific tenant.

View the combined total number of job executions for selected tenants, as follows:

From the Tenants drop-down list, select the required tenants.

Select Show aggregate data for selected tenants.

You can view your job usage, according to one of the following:

Daily Average per Month: View the daily average number of jobs executed per month.

Monthly Job Executions: View the total number of jobs executed per month over a year.

Daily Job Executions in: View the daily number of jobs executed in a specific month.

You can export a daily or monthly usage data workspace to a JSON file.
