Analyzing Job Usage Dashboard

This procedure describes how to analyze your job usage, which measures the number of job executions across all your tenants on a daily, monthly, or daily average per month basis.

  • You must have Advanced admin authorizations to access the Usage Dashboard.

  • The Usage Dashboard only includes executions that are relevant for pricing purposes. Dummy jobs and SMART folder executions are not included.

  • Alternatively, you can use Control-M Automation API to obtain job usage data. See Usage Report Service.

  • The data that appears in the Usage Dashboard excludes the previous 24 hours.

  • In a Unified View, the Usage Dashboard does not display executions on self-hosted servers. For this data, you must run the API command, as described in Usage Report Service.
