Installing Control-M Desktop on a Citrix Machine
This procedure describes how to install Control-M client on a physical or virtual Citrix machine.
Begin

Install Control-M client, as described in Control-M Client Installation.

Open the Web Server port, as described in System Configuration.

(Optional) Configure SSL on the Control-M Web Server, as described in Configuring SSL on the Control-M Web Server.

Verify that Control-M/EM access permissions are set, and that you have read and write permissions for all files in the user profile directory, as described in Control-M/EM Permissions.
By default, local profile settings are saved on the local machine, in the %APPDATA%\BMC Software\Control M Enterprise Manager\X.0.0.0\<Instance_Name> directory.

Verify that you have read and write permissions for the log settings files.
