Explanation: X-Alert message. The Gateway fails to insert an alert into the database. The following alert parameters are displayed:

Corrective Action: Perform the required actions in order to handle this alert according to the alert message displayed on the X-Alert window. If the problem persists, run the Control-M/EM Health Check utility by typing em_data_collector from the command line and contact BMC Customer Support.
