Explanation: X-Alert message. The Gateway fails to update an alert in the database. The following alert parameters are displayed:

• Closed_from_EM
• Ticket
• Run
• Handled
• ChangedBy
• UpdTime
• Notes

The update is rejected.

Corrective Action: For additional details, check the Gateway log file. If the problem persists, run the Control-M/EM Health Check utility by typing em_data_collector from the command line and contact BMC Customer Support.
