Variable

Description

EDIMACNM

Name of the optional ISPF EDIT IMACRO to be used when editing a job’s JCL in Control‑M Screens 2.J and 3.J.

macro name - The specified IMACRO is invoked at entry to ISPF EDIT.

blank - No IMACRO is invoked at entry to ISPF EDIT. Default.

ICOLOR

Specifies whether extended color support is used for terminals accessing the IOA Online facility from IMS, IDMS, and other systems that do not allow determination of terminal characteristics.

Y (Yes) - Use extended color support for this terminal.

N (No) - Do not use extended color support for this terminal. Default.

IDBCS

Specifies whether Double Byte Character Set support is used for terminals accessing the IOA Online facility from IMS, IDMS, and other systems that do not allow determination of terminal characteristics.

Y (Yes) - Use Double Byte Character Set support for this terminal.

N (No) - Do not use Double Byte Character Set support for this terminal. Default.

IOAUDLR

Specifies the user-defined dollar-sign character representation. Default $.

JVNIFLVL

Controls whether to enable the IF/ELSE/ENDIF leveling numbering display on the Rules Panel (JR) in Control-M JCL Verify.

Y (Yes) - Enable IF/ELSE/ENDIF leveling

N (No) - Disable IF/ELSE/ENDIF leveling numbering. The default.

SACTNHB

Controls whether a user is forced into BROWSE mode when a job selected from the Control‑M Active Environment screen is not held.

Y (Yes) - Force the user into BROWSE mode.

N (No) - Do not force the user into BROWSE mode. Default.

SACTRVF

Sets the default value of the View Jobs in Flow field in the Rerun Confirm Window.

Y (Yes) - The default value of the View Jobs in Flow field should be Y.

N (No) - The default value of the View Jobs in Flow field should be N. Default.

TCOLOR

Specifies whether extended color support is used for terminals accessing the IOA Online facility from TSO or ROSCOE.

Query the hardware to determine whether to use extended color support for this terminal. Default.

Y (Yes) - Use extended color support for this terminal.

N (No) - Do not use extended color support for this terminal.

TDBCS

Specifies whether Double Byte Character Set support is used for terminals accessing the IOA Online facility from TSO or ROSCOE.

TERMINAL

Query the hardware to determine whether to use Double Byte Character Set support for this terminal. Default.

Y (Yes) - Use Double Byte Character Set support for this terminal.

N (No) - Do not use Double Byte Character Set support for this terminal.

TRACETIM

Specifies whether or not to produce a SNAP dump when the IOA Online monitor terminates due to a timeout.

Y (Yes) - Produce a SNAP dump

N (No) - Do not produce a SNAP dump. Default.

USCORE

Controls whether or the UNDERSCORE attribute for terminal fields are suppressed or honored. Some terminals and terminal emulator programs display underscored fields with incorrect colors and/or reverse video.

Y (Yes) - Honor the UNDERSCORE attribute.

N (No) - Suppress the UNDERSCORE attribute. Default.
