For Held Sysout Selection

If an ON SYSOUT statement is specified and held SYSOUT exists for the job, Control-V reads all the held SYSOUT and selects output for processing based on the specified selection criteria in the ON SYSOUT subparameters. If no selection criteria are specified, all held sysouts are selected. Therefore, it is recommended to fill in at least the CLASS subparameter.
