Adjust related members to other IOA environments

If your site has multiple IOA environments and only one Control‑M/Tape installation, perform the following steps for each functional monitor that is not in the environment in which Control‑M/Tape is installed:

  1. Edit the IOAFMON procedure to the relevant environment. Modify the IOAFMON procedure to point to the IOA files and libraries for this environment.

Note: In the STEPLIB DD statement, verify that the IOA LOAD library for the environment in which you set up a functional monitor is specified before the IOA LOAD library for the environment in which Control‑M/Tape is installed.

  2. Edit the ALCFMON member in the IOA.PARM library, and modify it to point to appropriate files and libraries.
  3. Use the INSTFMON job to allocate a different checkpoint file for each functional monitor. For further instructions, see Step 14.3 – Copy load Modules to DFHRPL.
