Check the DFHRPL DD statement of the CICS procedure used at your installation. The following load modules must be copied from the IOA LOAD library to one of the libraries allocated to the DFHRPL DD statement in the CICS procedure:

• CTMSUSIE
• IOACICNV
• IOAJPED
• CTMCINT
• IOAENV
