Administrative roles

Certain Control-M for WJM tasks might need to be performed by different professionals in your organization, as follows:

System Administrator: Responsible for reviewing the system requirements and performing the installation process.
Control-M Administrator: Responsible for the administration of all Control-M processes.
Control-M Production Controller: Responsible for defining and/or monitoring Control-M jobs.
Application System Administrator: Responsible for providing the connection information to the application servers (for example, Websphere, SAP, Netweaver, Weblogic, TIBCO).
Application Developer: Responsible for providing the application information such as Web Services WSDL, JAVA dependency jars, application server client jars, and JMS/MQ queues.
