Setting the Workflow Insights Restore Mode

This procedure describes how to set the Workflow Insights Restore Mode which activates restore mode before backup restore, and then deactivates restore mode after the restore.

Begin

1. From the Components Tree pane, select the Control-M/EM component and from the Home tab, in the Definitions group, click System Parameters.

   The Control-M/EM System Parameters dialog box appears.

2. In the left pane, click Advanced.

3. Click .

   The Control-M/EM - New System Parameter window appears.

4. Do the following:

   1. In the Type field, type general.

   2. In the Name field, type WorkflowInsightsRestoreMode.

   3. In the Value field, enter one of the following values:

      • 1: Activates restore mode.

      • 0: Deactivates restore mode.

   4. In the Component:Type field, select Gateway.

   5. Click Save.

   6. Recycle all the Gateways.

      The restore mode is now set.
