Logging in to Application Integrator

To start creating your job type, you need to open the Application Integrator. You can define the URL for the Application Integrator from Control-M client or the Control-M Configuration Manager, which then opens a web browser. This procedure describes how to log in to Application Integrator.

Before you begin

Ensure the following:

• Installed the Application Integrator, as described in Installation.
• Configured the Application Integrator, as described in Application Integrator configuration.

To log in:

1. Do one of the following:
   • From Control-M Manager, in the Tools Domain, in the Other Tools area, click Control-M Application Integrator.
   • From Control-M Configuration Manager, right click Web Server, click Web Server URLs, and then click the link for Control-M Application Integrator.

   The Control-M Application Integrator default web browser log in page appears.

2. In the field, type your Control-M/EM user name.
3. In the field, type your password.

   NOTE: In the field, the Application Integrator displays the name of the Control-M/EM GUI Server. If there are multiple GUI Servers and you want to connect to a different server, you need to create cfg file, as described in Creating a communication configuration file.

4. Click Login.

   You are now logged in to Control-M Application Integrator and a new tab opens.

   NOTE: When logging in for the first time, an Introduction Tour about the Application Integrator opens automatically.
