Analyzing problematic jobs

This procedure describes how to analyze a problematic job. This enables you to identify the jobs in a service that are not running on time, and therefore, impact the service. You can locate the jobs, and view them in a Business Service Analysis Viewpoint.

To analyze problematic jobs:

  1. From Monitoring domain select Service Monitor.

    The Service Monitor appears.

  2. Select a service.

    The service analysis information appears on the right pane.

  3. Select the Problematic Jobs tab.

    The problematic jobs appear, as described in Problematic Jobs parameters.

  4. Select the Information Status check box to identify problematic jobs with information status.
