Accessing the Business Service Analysis Viewpoint for a specific service

This procedure describes how to access the Business Service Analysis Viewpoint, which enables you to monitor and analyze a specific service.

To access the Business Service Analysis Viewpoint for a specific service:

  1. From the Tools domain, select Service Monitor.

    The Service Monitor appears.

  2. From the Service Monitor tab, select service_analysis.

    The Business Service Analysis Viewpoint appears.
