Corrective Action: Do the following:

• Verify that the database is up and accepts connections.
• Check that the configuration files listed in the X-Alert exist in all distributed and high-availability environments.
• Check that the configuration files listed in the X-Alert for correct content in all distributed and high-availability environments.
• In case a file is missing or incorrect, make sure you copy the correct version to all environments in the correct location.
• Recycle the Configuration Agent on the following:
  • The active environment
  • Other environments

  NOTE: You should recycle the Configuration Agent even if it was not necessary to check the configuration files listed in the X-Alert for correct content in all distributed and high-availability environments.
