Do Resource

Do Resource enables you to change the quantity of a Control-M Quantitative Resource. For more information about Do Resource, see Do Resource: Automated Console Action Parameter in the Control-O User Guide.

The following table describes the Do Resource parameters.

Parameter	Description
Name	Defines the name of the resource whose quantity is to be changed (1 through 20 characters). Only trailing blanks are allowed.
Count	Defines the quantity to be used to adjust the maximum quantity of the resource.
Action	Modifies the maximum quantity of this quantitative resource that can be used by jobs concurrently according to one of the following settings: Increase: Increases the quantity Decrease: Decreases the quantity Set: Sets a new quantity for the resource
