The ctmshout utility sends a message to the specified user or destination using the specified severity level. For information about Shout message destinations, see Shout destination management. Each parameter name can be shortened to the minimum number of letters required to uniquely identify the parameter. For example: ‑ORDERID can be shortened to ‑O.
