Adding a note to a folder/job

This procedure describes how to add a note to a folder/job, which enables you to write information about the folder/job to the web user.

To add a note to a folder/job:

  1. In the request, select the folder/job.

    The properties pane appears on the right.

  2. Click I_WLA_Note.
  3. In the Add new note text box, add your note.

    The note is added to the folder/job, and is attached to the folder job after the request is returned to the web user.
