Adding a note to a request

This procedure describes how to add a note to a request, which enables you to communicate with the web user and write necessary instructions or other information.

To add a note to a request:

  1. In the request, in the bottom pane, click the Notes tab.

    The Notes information appears in the bottom pane.

  2. Click on the request note.

    The note text appears in the right pane.

  3. In the Add new note text box, add your note.

    The note is added, and is attached to the request after the request is returned to the web user.
