6815 Cannot retrieve the list of key names

Explanation: The Control-M/ Server Configuration Agent cannot retrieve the list of key names.

The request to get a list of key names is aborted.

Corrective Action:

• Check that the database is running correctly.
• Check the database error log.
• Check previous messages, and contact BMC Customer Support.
