Defining the Recipient Tree

The Recipient Tree is a list of all possible report recipients, arranged according to the organization’s hierarchy. A properly designed Recipient Tree can speed up the process of implementing Control-V. However, the Recipient Tree can be modified at any time and the initial tree definition can be modified and developed as experience is gained using various product options.

The Recipient Tree definition is built in two stages:

• Defining the levels of the organization.
• Inserting recipient information in the tree.
