WHEN IN QUEUE/CLS: Runtime Scheduling Parameter

Flag and output class parameters that determine where Control-V should look to find the job whose reports should be decollated.

Subparameter

Description

WHEN IN QUEUE

Determines whether the output queue are searched for the job to be decollated. Valid values are:

  • Y – Search for the job in the output queue. Default.
  • E – Search for the job in the output queue. Include currently executing jobs in the search.
  • N – Do not search for the job in output queue.
  • S – Search for the job in the output queue, using as selection criteria parameters defined in all ON CLASS or ON TRNCLASS statements (CLASS, EXTWTR, DEST, FORM).

CLS

Any valid non-held output class. If CLS is specified, a decollating mission does not start unless some output from the job is currently in the specified class.

When parameter WHEN IN QUEUE=S, CLS is not necessary.
