In order to print reports that do not have printing control parameters, you must specify (for example) OUTPUT=OUT80 in the PRINT/CDAM PARMS field of the reports and include DD statement OUT80 (see below) in the JCL for all print and online monitors.
Example
PRINT/CDAM PARMS OUTPUT=OUT80
and
//OUT80 OUTPUT LINECT=80
