The remark can be retrieved from parameter USER in the job statement. The format is

DO REMARK=%%USERID[(startpos,length)]

DO REMARK2=%%USERID[(startpos,length)]

where

• startpos is the starting (first column) position of the extract
• length is the number of characters to extract
