Activating the IOACCRNM utility

You can run IOACCRNM in either of the following ways:

• From the TSO command line:

  EXEC 'basepref.INSTALL(IOACCRNM)' 'ENVID(ENVID1) MODE(FULL)'

• By submitting the IOARNM job from the IOA JCL library.

The messages of the utility are sent to the ilprefa.ICELOG data set and, when the utility is invoked from a job, to a data set allocated to the DD SYSTSPRT.

The preferred way for running the Renaming tool is by using the IOARNM sample job located in the ilprefa.JCL.

Note: After running the Renaming tool, do the following:

• Review and adjust the ECAPARMx parameter members.
• When the cloning is performed with the USER parameter set to Y, review the operational libraries to ensure that there are no references to the base (source) installation.
