The calculation of the Control‑M/Tape Trace file is performed automatically, using ICE, and is described in Step 5.3 – Trace file. The following explanations are for information only.
If at a later stage you wish to change the space allocations calculated automatically during the installation process, you can use the Customize procedure provide in the IOA Installation – Main Menu.
Open IOA Installation – Main Menu.
Type CTT in the Product ID field.
Type 6 in the OPTION field, to select option 6, Customize. The Major Steps Selection screen is displayed.
Select option 2, Customize Control-M/Tape Datasets, and press Enter. The Minor Steps Selection screen is displayed.
Select option 3, Trace File Space Calculation, and press Enter. The CTT Trace File Space Calculation screen is displayed.
