Under z/OS, if the IOA LOAD library resides in the z/OS Linklist, refresh the LLA using the z/OS command

F LLA,REFRESH

If you operate a program fetch optimization product such as PDSMAN, QUICKFETCH, PMO, and so on, you may need to refresh the Linklist table.

Log off from TSO/ROSCOE and log on again.
