If the IOA LOAD library resides in the MVS Linklist, refresh to the LLA using the MVS command F LLA,REFRESH

If a program fetch optimization product, such as PDSMAN, QUICKFETCH, or PMO, is in use at your site, you may need to refresh the Linklist tables.

Log off from TSO or ROSCOE and log on again.
