If the IOA LOAD library resides in the MVS Linklist, a refresh to the LLA is required. Use the MVS command

F LLA,REFRESH

If you operate a program fetch optimization product such as PDSMAN, QUICKFETCH, PMO, and so on, you may need to inform it to refresh its Linklist tables.
