Programs CTMAES, CTMRUN, CTMAPI and CTMDFL must be authorized under TSO.

Add CTMRUN, CTMAPI, CTMDFL and CTMAES to the list of authorized programs (the AUTHPGM parameter) in the IKJTSOxx member in the SYS1.PARMLIB library. If xx=00, the member is accessed automatically during TSO startup. The member can be activated using the TSO command

PARMLIB UPDATE(xx)

The IOA Load library must be added to the authorized libraries list (see Step 11.1 – IOA LOAD library for details).
