If the IOA LOAD library resides in the MVS Linklist, refresh the LLA by using the MVS command

F LLA,REFRESH

If a program fetch optimization product such as PDSMAN, QUICKFETCH, PMO, or a similar product is used, a notification to refresh their Linklist tables may be required.

Log off from TSO or ROSCOE and log on again.
