When TCPAccess has not been set up to run with OMVS(OE)

Use the CTRANS provided by BMC. Do not use SASLINK provided by the manufacturers of TCPAccess in IOAGATE.

Use the LSCNCOM member provided by the manufacturers of TCPAccess in the SASLINK library.

You can do this, by the following steps:

Allocate a PDS library.
Ensure that the new PDS library is APF-authorized.
Copy into the new library the LSCNCOM member provided by the manufacturers of TCPAccess.
Concatenate this library in front of the CTRANS library.
