When TCPAccess has been set up to run with OMVS(OE)
  1. Before setting up IOAGATE, ensure that CA Service Pack SP0112 (or later) for TCPAccess has been applied.
  2. For security purposes, define a valid OMVS RACF segment for the user ID and Group ID associated with the IOAGATE started task.
  3. Configure IOAGATE as follows:
    1. Use the CTRANS parameter in the IOAGATE PROCJCL to define the CTRANS library provided by BMC with INCONTROL version 6.1.xx and above. Do not use SASLINK provided by the manufacturers of TCPAccess in IOAGATE.

The default CTRANS value is the same as that used by IOAGATE when working with IBM TCP/IP.

    2. Use the TCPDATA parameter to define the appropriate SYSTCPD file in the IOAGATE PROCJCL. The SYSTCPD must include a valid definition for TCPIPJOBNAME.
    3. In each channel definition in ECAPARM, define SOCKIMP=OE.
