Redefining key lists in alternative index components

1. Stop all Control-D monitors, Control-D applications, IOA Archive Server monitors, and IOA online sessions.
2. Deactivate the alternative index using the CTDUFANX utility.
3. Delete the alternative index files.
4. Follow the instructions in Creating alternative index components.
