To have the WLM manage the response time, configure the CTDASWLM member in CTDPARM library.

This table is used by the Control-D Application Server to enable WLM support. It determines which IOAAS requests should be handled by the Work Load Manager, and how these requests are associated with the transaction names defined in the WLM.
