To restore the IOA Conditions file, perform the following steps:
Allocate and format a new IOA Conditions file using utility FORMCND. For information about the structure and space requirements of the IOA Conditions file, see the section that discusses the structure of the IOA Conditions File in the INCONTROL for z/OS Installation Guide: Installing.
Run member IOACCND in the IOA JCL library. Use the undamaged Conditions files as input and the newly created Conditions files as output.
Rename the damaged file. Then rename the newly-created file (CND) with the original name of the damaged primary or mirror file.
