Accumulating Job Execution Statistics

Control‑M allows accumulation of job execution information using its Statistics file. The accumulated information can then easily be viewed using option S in the Active Environment screen or the JOBSTAT command in Scheduling Definition screen.

Control‑M manages statistical information for the most recent job runs, up to a maximum of 200. In a multi‑CPU environment, Control‑M keeps this information for each CPU (SMF ID) in which the job executes.

The Statistics file is updated by Control‑M utility CTMJSA. For more information about this utility, see the INCONTROL for z/OS Utilities Guide.
