If a CMEM monitor is currently active, and a new CMEM monitor is started (using operator command S CTMCMEM), the current CMEM monitor passes execution control to the new CMEM monitor and then shuts down. It is not necessary to reload the rule tables. They are passed from the current monitor to the new one. Therefore, to stop and immediately restart the CMEM monitor with minimum interference to ongoing work, issue the following operator command:
