Commands in a SYSPLEX Environment

A command in a SYSPLEX environment is not send automatically to another member of the SYSPLEX. To send the command to another system, the user who entered the command must use the ROUTE command or system affinity character before the command.

For example:

ROUTE SYSA,D T

The Control-O rule on the original system should be:

ON COMMAND ROUTE SYSA,*

The Control-O rule on system SYSA should be:

ON COMMAND DISPLAY T

The Control-O that receives the command has no indication that the command was originally issued from another system.
