Job scheduling definitions are used by Control‑M to handle job processing. They can be defined for jobs, started tasks, and so on. Each job scheduling definition indicates scheduling criteria and/or conditions to be met before Control‑M schedules or submits a particular job. Each definition also indicates actions to be performed by Control‑M after the job terminates. Control‑M can perform different post‑processing actions, depending on the execution results.
Control‑M/Restart parameters and statements are also defined in Control‑M job scheduling definitions.
