Defining a Control-M for Web Services Local File System or Web Services URL job
This procedure describes how to define a Control-M for Web Services Local File System or Web Services URL job, which enables you to run Web Services jobs and reports on a Control-M for Web Services server.
To define a Control-M for Web Services Local File System or Web Services URL job:
In the WSDL field, type the required WSDL name or click .
In the Service field type the required object or click.
In the Operation field type the required operation or click to display a list of available parameters for the specified operation.
In the Request definition field, from the drop down list select one of the following request definitions:
Use predefined request body from input file: Enables you use a file containing the SOAP request, which is located on the Agent machine where Control-M for WJM is installed which contains the full SOAP request. Type the file name in the File name containing SOAP request field.
Specify request parameters and headers: Enables you to add input parameters to your request, as described in Specifying request parameters.
Edit SOAP request: Enables you to edit the body of the request.
(Edit SOAP request only) Do the following:
Clicking Generate
Type the expected value where the question mark "?" appears.
NOTE: Control-M for Web Services uses this SOAP request to invoke the job.
