Control-M Full installation, Control-M/EM, Control-M/Server and Control-M/Agent are installed with JRE by default supplied by BMC.

If you do not want to use the default JRE version, you can use a different external JRE version during a new installation. (Linux and Windows Only).The use of JRE is supported only where the major release version is the same as the tested version.
In addition, you can change the JRE package after a new installation or after an upgrade for the above operating systems, as described in the following procedures:
