Kibana Certificate Management

The Kibana certificate allows authentication, encryption, and decryption of data sent over the Internet. This certificate expires periodically and must be replaced in all hosts with the Kibana service.

The following procedures enable you to replace a Kibana certificate:

• Replacing the Kibana Certificate: Replaces the Kibana certificate with a new Kibana certificate.
• Creating a Kibana Certificate: Creates a new Kibana certificate if you do not have one, so you can replace the Kibana certificate.
• Creating a CA Certificate and Key: Creates a CA certificate and key if you do not have them, so you can create a Kibana certificate.
• Updating the CA Certificate: Updates the CA certificate so you can create a Kibana certificate.
