Stopping Control-M Messaging API

The following table describes how to stop Control-M Messaging API.

To Stop Control-M for Messaging API:

1. Do one of the following:
   • Windows: Do the following:
     1. From the Control Panel, click Administrative Tools and then click Services.
     2. Highlight Control-M Messaging API, and click Stop.
   • UNIX: Do the following:
     1. Navigate to the installation directory, and type the following command:

        bin/stop_ctmwsapi

2. The following message appears:

   Stopping Control-M Messaging API (PID = 10210)

   ..

   Control-M Messaging API stopped.

   NOTE If the product is not running, the following message is displayed: Control-M Messaging API is not running.
