The following table describes the general parameters for all accounts.

EM version |
Defines the specific version of Control-M/EM where all the accounts in the utility connect. |
EM Host name |
Defines the host name of Control-M/EM. |
Port Number |
Defines the port number of Control-M/EM. |
Enable HTTP Port |
Defines the port on which the HTTP accounts communicate. Default: 6060. NOTE: After making a change to this parameter, the Web Services API service or process is automatically restarted. You must enable at least one of the Enable HTTP Port or Enable HTTPS Port parameters. If you disable an option that is in use by an active account, the account is deactivated. |
Enable HTTPS Port |
Defines the port on which the secure HTTP accounts communicate. Default: 6443. NOTE: After making a change to this parameter, the Web Services API service or process is automatically restarted. You must enable at least one of the Enable HTTP Port or Enable HTTPS Port parameters. If you disable an option that is in use by an active account, the account is deactivated. |
Enable SSL |
Enables SSL security between Control-M Web Services API and Control-M/EM. |
Web Services API Diagnostic Level |
Defines the level of detail for diagnostic messages. |
Account Management Diagnostic Status |
Enables you to log and troubleshoot issues within the Account utility. |
