Account Definition - General tab parameters

The following table describes the General Tab parameters for creating an account.

Parameter	Description
Account Name	Defines the logical name for the Account. Mandatory. Maximum length 30 characters.
Transport Protocol	Defines the protocol with which the account is published. Valid values: HTTP: Creates the service using HTTP HTTPS: Creates the service using secure HTTP NOTE: The value of this field is colored red when the protocol is not enabled in the General settings window. For more information, See: Defining Control-M Web Services API parameters for all accounts.
URL of Endpoint	Indicates the URL of the web service published when you activate the account.
