Deleting a Control-M for Web Services connection profile

This procedure describes how to delete a Control-M for WJM Web Services connection profile from the Control-M Configuration Manager.

To delete a Web Services connection profile:

1. From the Control-M Configuration Manager, select Control-M for Web Services, right-click and select Web Services Connection Profile Management.

   The Control-M for Web Services Connection Profile dialog box appears.

   NOTE: If the Cannot send parameters to WS CM Extension error message appears, do the following:

   • Open the <Agent>\data\wsprofile.dat and set the WSHOSTNAME to a fully qualified hostname or IP address. This often happens in an environment where the Agent is a multi-homed system.
   • If the problem persists, check if the port number for the WSPORTNUM parameter is not already used by another application on the Agent machine and change if necessary.
2. Select the connection profile that you want to delete, and click the icon.

   A confirmation message appears.

3. Click Yes.

   The connection profile is deleted.
