Administrative roles

Certain Control-M for AFT tasks might need to be performed by different professionals in your organization, as follows:

System Administrator: Responsible for reviewing the system requirements and performing the installation process.
Control-M Administrator: Responsible for the administration of all Control-M processes.
Control-M Production Controller: Responsible for defining and/or monitoring Control-M jobs.
FTP/SSH Administrator: Responsible for FTP/SFTP server administration, which includes providing connection details to FTP/SFTP servers.

The following table lists the tasks performed when working with the Control-M for AFT and the role of the professional who is responsible for its administration.
