The startdb utility starts the SQL database server. To start the SQL database server using the startdb, Starting the SQL database server using the startdb utility.
NOTE: You can also start the SQL database using the ctm_menu and then selecting Control-M Manager menu, as described in ctm_menu and from the CCM, as described in Component status.
