The shut_ctm utility shuts down Control-M/Server and its processes. To run the shut_ctm utility, see Shutting down Control-M/Server using the shut_ctm utility.
NOTE: You can also shut down the Control-M/Server from in the ctm_menu utility (Control-M Manager menu) as described in ctm_menu and from the CCM, as described in Component status.
